Day 1 - Toronto

Arrive in Toronto, “The World Within a City”. Our unique ethnicity has created a wondrous mosaic of cultures. Explore the delights of Greek town & Little Italy, experience Chinatown, wander the streets of the Kensington Market, or shop in the chic boutiques of Yorkville. Meet a local CTI escort, who will remain with the guests during their stay in Canada. Transfer to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 - Toronto

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Toronto with exciting sights such as the massive Skydome Stadium, Toronto's financial and fashion districts, Yonge Street, Yorkville, Forest Hill, Casa Loma, Harbourfront and Queen's Quay, Chinatown, St. Lawrence Market, Old and New City Hall, Eaton Centre, Parliament and University buildings. The tour ends with the elevator ride to the Observation Level of the CN Tower, at 553 meters; it is the tallest building and freestanding structure in the world. The afternoon is at guests’ leisure to explore Toronto on their own.

Day 3 - Toronto - Huntsville

Depart Toronto, north to the lakes region of Ontario with various stops enroute.
Arrive in Huntsville, the popular four-season family vacation area in the heart of Muskoka's cottage country and check in at the hotel.

Day 4 - Algonquin Park - Huntsville

Continue for a full day excursion to Algonquin Park, the size of Belgium, it’s the oldest park in the province of Ontario and home for abundant wildlife such as black bears, moose, beavers, raccoons, rabbits, deer, eagles and various other birds. Only 20% of the park can be reached by road. The first stop will be made at the Visitor Center where the guests can learn about the park, its wildlife and vegetation followed by some easy hikes to get a feeling for the outdoors. Return back to Huntsville in the late afternoon.

Day 5 - Huntsville - Ottawa

Bypassing rivers and lakes and driving through uninhabited forests and plains that make this region so spectacular, Algonquin Park will be crossed, until Ottawa, the capital of Canada also rich in culture and heritage with its many national institutions, parklands, waterways and historic architecture, is reached in the late afternoon.

Day 6 - Ottawa

Take a morning sightseeing tour of Ottawa including all the major sights such as Parliament Hill, the residences of the Prime Minister and Governor General, Rideau Canal, Dow Lake and the National Gallery. The tour ends at noon at the Byward Market where the guests may enjoy a stroll through the quaint properties. In the afternoon enjoy an optional visit to the Museum of Civilization, exhibitions rich in information, artifacts and engaging experiences promise hours of exploration, just across the river in Hull or an afternoon of leisure.

Day 7 - Ottawa - Quebec City

Continue driving north through hilly, wooden areas with nice vistas on the St. Lawrence River via Trois Rivieres and Cap-de-la-Madeleine until Quebec City, truly a unique land in North America. Unique for its geography, its history and its culture, which together have forged its bold and exuberant identity, is reached in the late afternoon.

Day 8 - Quebec City

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Quebec City conducted by a local licensed step-on guide (mandatory). Sights to be seen include amongst others Place d’Armes, Dufferin Terrace, Grande Allee, Plains of Abraham, the Citadel, Chateau Frontenac and Place Royale with Cote de la Montagne, Rue du Petit-Champlain and Paris Place. In the afternoon guests will have an excursion passing by Montmorency Falls and visit of the Canyon de Ste-Anne just outside of Quebec City. Along the way to Beaupre guests will stop at the Albert Gilles Cooper Museum. Continue to Beaupre for a visit of the famous pilgrim’s shrine at the Basilica.

Day 9 - Quebec City - Montreal

Continue in the morning to Montreal, fantastic atmosphere, and possesses a vibrancy and excitement you won't find anywhere else, drive along the north shore of the St. Lawrence River. In the early afternoon sightseeing tour with local step-on guide (mandatory), including all major sights such as Old Montreal with its Place Jacques Cartier, the old port, Rue Ste. Catherine, Notre Dame Basilica, the Olympic Stadium with its leaning tower and St. Joseph’s Oratory on Mount Royal offering a spectacular view over the city.

Day 10 - Montreal - Kingston

Depart in the morning for Kingston and the 1,000 Islands region. In the afternoon enjoy a 1 hour cruise throu gh the 1,000 Islands, Kingston's Islands & Harbour provide a fascinating introduction to the sights and history of the 1000 Islands region. Ontario's oldest city, once the capital of early Canada, Kingston is blessed with a spectacular waterfront. This narrated tour highlights the westerly 1000 Islands, historic forts, shipwrecks, classical architecture, Canada's Royal Military College and the imposing Kingston Penitentiary.

Day 11 - Kingston - Niagara Falls

Continue to Niagara Falls where the group will enjoy a cruise with the “Maid of the Mist”, Water rushes all around as you "soak" in the excitement and explore the roar of the falls. A historical ride aboard the world-famous Maid of the Mist is a half hour thrill of a lifetime!  North America's oldest attraction, millions of visitors have enjoyed the boat tours since 1846. The rest of the day is at guests’ leisure for exploring the wonders of Niagara Falls.

Day 12 - Niagara Falss - Toronto Departure

Depart to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, often called the loveliest town in Ontario, has a long and distinguished history. Site of the old Neutral Indian village of Onghiara, it was settled at the close of the American Revolution by Loyalists coming to Upper Canada, many of whom had been members of the much feared Butler's Rangers based during the American Revolution at Fort Niagara, then under British control. Free time is given to the guests to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake on their own. Wine tasting at one of the local wineries is included. The guests will depart in the afternoon to Toronto Pearson International Airport for their return flight.
